2) Enter your surname and practitioner number when prompted

body part reference - find the code for a specific body part
doctor search - search for details of a doctor
fee codes reference - allows you to quickly find all relevant details about a specific fee
ICD9 Codes reference - provides access to all the ICD9 codes and their discriptions
nature of
injury reference		 - find the code relating to a specific type of injury
