patient encounters using phoenix on-time
The physician or practitioner can view their appointments and other related information from any location…the back office, the exam room, or their home. Their entries will also update any of the other computers in the network.

You can view memo’s and notes from each workstation, along with key information including patient visit details, referrals, nature of the visit, whether it’s follow-up to a previous visit and other timely information.

The shared folder can be accessed and updated for all authorized personnel to see, by anyone using a workstation connected to the Phoenix On-Time server
