Mediclaim FAQ - Sending Claims to MSP
 
Deadlines
Claims are sent daily from the MediClaim servers to MSP at 7am.
 
However there are times that MSP servers are busy or unavailable - most frequently on cut-off days -which is why we send at 7am.
We can guarantee delivery of claims that reach our servers by 7am the day before cut-off.
We can almost always deliver files posted by 7am on the day of cut-off but we cannot guarantee it.
Therefor we suggest that you enter all bills 3 days before cut-off to ensure delivery - it will also give you time to handle refusals which may be returned!
